Long term benefits. Immediate rewards
As we’ve highlighted throughout, our programme is invaluable to those eager to drive
long-term, progressive, satisfying careers. So, over the long term, you can expect
to benefit enormously as part of a forward-thinking, dynamic organisation. But what
about the more immediate returns? We’ve put together a package designed to attract
and retain high quality trainees, to make your life more comfortable while you’re
concentrating on work, and one that will give you a taste of what the future holds.
This is just the beginning.

cost of living allowance where applicable). In-service
candidates may be eligible to receive some protection of their
basic salary up to approximately £27,000.
- 27 days holidays (plus bank holidays)
- Fully financially supported postgraduate study package and generous study leave
- The option of taking NHS pension entitlement
- Entitlement to financial discounts on a range of products and services

Post Scheme Benefits:
- Learning account – to support and enable your professional and
personal development.

gone on to high-profile roles. Over the years, our trainees
