4. Are you interested in applying to the finance graduate programme?
5. Are you currently qualified as a graduate member of CIPD?
- NO – Jump to question 7

6. Are you interested in applying to the human resource management programme?
7. Are you currently qualified or in possession of a post graduate qualification in health informatics?
- NO – Jump to question 9
- YES – jump to question 8
8. Are you interested in applying to the informatics management scheme?
9. Are you a UK citizen or do you currently hold the right to work in the UK for the entire duration of the programme?
10. Do you already work in the NHS?
- NO – that is fine, no experience of working in the NHS is required to join the Graduate Management Training Scheme. Go to question 11.
- YES – that is fine, we welcome applicants from within the NHS as long as they meet all the standard criteria for the scheme. Go to question 11.
11. Do you have five years or more senior management experience?
