We need people with lots of experience and a clear vision of where their skills
and knowledge can take them.
You should:
- Have at least a 2:2 degree or equivalent
- Be able to demonstrate strong project management skills and
experience, gained by leading complex (and multiple) projects
- Be able to demonstrate resource management experience and
responsibility for managing teams of people
- Be able to demonstrate the ability to make decisions and manage
complex situations autonomously
- Have substantial management experience
- Have substantial experience of managing and delivering to large
budgets
- Have passion and work ethos culturally aligned to NHS
- Have integrity, commitment and energy
- Always retain a patient approach in the drive to improve the
service
- Have the ability to work within a highly diverse organisation
