We’re looking for leaders of the future, so we’re looking for people with lots of experience and a clear vision of where their skills and knowledge can take them.

You must:

• Be employed by the NHS in a full-time substantive
  management post (Agenda for Change Band 8 or
  above - or medical equivalent)

• Be qualified to at least degree level or equivalent


• Have experience of leading complex projects or services


• Have had resource and/or people management experience


• Have had responsibility for a budget
